| This fella above has decided his classic car is "uglee" and therefore has deemed it to oblivion. Oblivious of it's historical value.
Whilst Autoshite have nothing against banger racing as a sport, we strongly oppose the destruction of rare classic cars. Understood if some are beyond economical repair, but we feel that the rarer cars are, they are at least worth preserving as icons of a bygone age that will one day be looked back on with amazement. | What is required from me?
We need space. We need somewhere to store post-classic cars, all for the cause. Farmyard space, garages, driveways, disused car parks, back yards, basicaly any disused land that you have full rights to yet will not cause any conflict with anyone. We need to build stocks up with your help whilst we negotiate with the National Lottery funding for a sizeable plot to eventually store everything together under one roof. Preferably a huge disused multi storey car park. | |

| Where are we talking?
Anywhere in the UK mainland, however Autoshite mainly operate along the M1/A1 corridor from the East Midlands, through the 3 Counties (Herts/Beds/Bucks) down into Central London. Staffordshire is also a main channel, but we are open to operations anywhere within the UK. | |

| Why save these cars?
Soon there wil be none left. Most people will say good riddance, no one wants old envoronmentally unfriendly cars littering the place. But the same people will gasp in delight when one day they see driving past a carbon copy of the car they were ferried around in as youngsters, as fond memories come flooding back of family holidays or getting lifts home from school, or just the car you admired in your mate's dad's driveway. These cars mean more to the general public than the cars you would find in museums today. People directly relate to them. | |

| How do I begin?
Consider carefully where you know of trouble free parking for kit. Then let us know your thoughts on where you can help the cause by donating parking space for cars that will eventually become historical icons. You will of course receive very special privilages from this organisation once the main hub is underway, being an original hands-on affiliate from the early stages. | What's in it for me?
You will be directly responsible for the preservation of British motoring heritage, in a way that has yet to be done. This is the future of post-classic car preservation, and it starts here. You will be a key contributor right from the start. All persons donating their time and space will be privilaged to being part of our Save the Kit campaign. You will also of course become life members of our community and all future events.
