| Daddy's Little Princess | |
|
| Ello my darlin's, yours truly Mike Reid here, introducing you lucky people to some examples of one of British Leylands most prestigious motors - the Austin Princess.
Now, I know a decent motor when I see one, and the Princess is one 'ell of an 'andsome carriage, for the well heeled gent or lady who's after a bit of class. | |
| |
|
| The Princess began life in 1975 as the Austin, Morris and Wolseley badged 18-22 Series. In 1982 it was replaced and given a completely new facelift under the new guise of the Austin Ambassador. Or as it was known in the trade, the Ambastardor.
Walluuuup! | |

 | Now just 'old on a second boy.
On the left we see a lovely image of chivalry, where a old gent in his beloved Ambassador is offering a lift to a distressed young lady at the side of a road, this little darling's obviously missed her bus or sammink.
And anyone thinking any different will be on the receiving end of a Dry Slap! |

| 'Old up! This young sweet 'art favours a more personal touch to her Princess, deciding on a glassback finish with a restyled front.
